Chancellor’s Biography
Ingrid Elizabeth Reid
Ingrid Elizabeth Reid born May 13, 1970 in St. Catherine, Jamaica, got saved September 27, 1985, was baptized on December 29, 1985, and was filled with the Holy Spirit in February of 1986. At age nineteen (19) while living in Bermuda, the Lord called her into the ministry as a Pastor and Teacher, He opened the doors for her to attend the Gloryland Bible College, where she started her studies in Theology; and while studying, she got involved in the Prison Ministry there.
Ingrid returned to Jamaica in 1990, and in 1993, the Lord opened the doors for her to continue her studies at the Assemblies of God Bible College. After three (3) years of Theological studies, Ingrid graduated with a Diploma in Theology. She did her one year Internship in her local church ‘Calvary Assembly of God’ and in April of 1997, she was ordained as a Minister of the Gospel and got more grounded in general and pastoral ministry. Pastor Ingrid graduated with an Associate Bachelor of Ministry Degree, a Bachelor of Counseling Degree a Master of Education Degree and a Doctor of Counseling & Communication Degree, from Glad Tidings Institute in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA.
Pastor Ingrid served and managed several areas of ministry such as: Youth President, Secretary, Drama Ministry Coordinator, Dance Ministry Coordinator, Children Ministry Coordinator, Missionnette's Coordinator, Sunday School Teacher and Counselor. Pastor Ingrid also serves committees such as Camp, Missions & Convention in the National Youth Department of the Assemblies of God in Jamaica. While serving in the above ministries & Co-Pastoring, Pastor Ingrid travelled across Jamaica and overseas Preaching, Teaching, conducting Seminars, Workshops and Conferences.
Pastor Ingrid migrated to the USA in 2009, and was ordained as a Pastor by Glad Tidings Ministries in September the same year, and in 2011 she was ordained as a Certified Christian Chaplain by the International Federation of Christian Chaplain Inc. Rhode Island, USA. The now Dr. Ingrid is the Founder, Director & President of Calvary's Cross Ministries International Inc., and of Chancellor of Calvary's Cross Institute. Dr. Ingrid is a Mentor, Counselor, Marriage Officer, and served as a National Coordinator for the White House Prayer Initiative. On June 28, 2014, Dr. Ingrid received an Honorary Doctor of Humanity Degree from Glad Tidings Institute, and on May 21st, 2017. Dr. Ingrid is now an actress and the proud founder and President of First Things First Multimedia Production and Talent Agency, LLC
